After a long week at work, I wandered into DC’s new Anthropologie (950 F Street, NW at 10th Street) and found these waiting for me in the sale room…
And just couldn’t bear to leave them sitting lonely on the shelf. So much to Andrew’s chagrin, these beauties now live in the trailer with us.
Are they practical for trailer living? Nope. But there’s something I just love about them – they’re just so unique and vintage-y and fun.
So I didn’t take them off all weekend. Wore them to the docks in Annapolis on Saturday, wore them out to lunch on Sunday, even wore them to the campground dump station for some necessary “cleaning” Sunday evening…
I’m happy with my little indulgence. Watch for ways that I’m working them into my fall wardrobe!
